Was actually out capturing photo elements for a 5DMKII still composite I’m putting together. The clouds were so hypnotic, I had to shoot some HD.
Cam : Canon 5DMKII
Lens: Old Vivitar with nikon mount, 35-85mm (not sure if I really like this lens yet ), and a fixed 200mm Tessar I think. It’s an M42 mount.

Ok, it’s official, I’m in love with timelapse. It gives me the same feelings I get when I shoot real film and don’t get to see what I have until later which is like a micro Christmas with micro reindeer and tiny little cookies for a tiny little fictitious character named Santa.. love it.

Aloha all, just wanted to post a little footage from Jaws today…These waves are insanely huge and I have so much respect for the surfers that have the guts to do this as well as the jet ski operators that are tremendously talented in their own right, many of them big wave riders as well..

This is by far the windiest demo video I’ve done with the Zoom H4n and RedHead windscreen ! My week old pretty snugly fitting Quicksilver hat now lives in the Pacific ocean. This video actually impressed me as I didn’t know how it was going to turn out, ( headphones were left at home ).
